The Fort Worth Story was told at our 2018 Annual Meeting and Breakfast on February 28, 2018 at the Omni Fort Worth. Keynote speaker Sarah Robbins, chief hospitality officer and co-founding partner of 21c Museum Hotels, shared her story about the power of saying yes to your customers. We honored DFW International Airport with our annual Hospitality Award for its significant contributions to bringing the world to Fort Worth and helping grow our travel, tourism and hospitality industry. We were also able to announce the results of our Destination Master Plan.
